Session Standards
Precision Recovery LV maintains a strictly therapeutic and professional environment. Any form of inappropriate conduct will cause an immediate end to the session. In such cases, the full service fee remains payable without refund.
Digital Intake Process
A comprehensive digital intake form must be submitted 24 hours prior to your initial evaluation. This allows our team to analyze movement data and customize your specific precision protocol for optimal results.
Payment Terms
A deposit or approved corporate billing is required upon booking. We support all major credit cards and digital platforms. Remaining balances are settled upon completion of the recovery service.
Cancellation Guidelines
We require notice 24 hours prior to your appointment for any changes. Cancellations outside this timeframe incur a fee of 100% of the service cost to compensate for the blocked schedule.
Lateness Policy
Appointments start and end as scheduled. Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of their slot, and the total original price of the session will still apply.
On-Site Requirements
Clients must provide a smoke-free, quiet indoor space of at least 8' x 10' for clinical setup. Proper climate control and parking access are necessary for our mobile practitioners to deliver care.

I recognize that manual therapy involves soft tissue manipulation which may cause temporary bruising or muscle soreness. I voluntarily assume these inherent risks associated with high-performance recovery techniques.
Condition Disclosure
It is my duty to provide a full medical history and update the therapist on any new injuries or health changes before every session. Precision Recovery LV is not liable for issues from withheld data.
Scope of Practice
